Overall very good experience. Quick repair and communication. Only snag is that my main screen kept turning on and off which was an issue with the company that calibrated my vehicle. Overall the external repair was fabulous. Would definitely do business with DeKalb collision center again!

I paid the invoice but was not able to drive the car away upon payment because I was by myself with my other car. My husband picked up the car later and the check engine light is on. It was not on when the car was dropped off. Not happy about this.

I was happy with the overall work provided by Dekalb Collision Center. Carwise needs some tweaking as there was conflicting appointments sent prior to drop off despite making appt online. And there was no updates sent prior to the time of the call the car was ready which makes it challenging for pick up.
