In the front of the bumper, there is a Mark of glue and there is something that was a broken part in the front lower bumper in the front and was glue but not neat

My back right passenger door was brought back to me broken. When I got my car back the 1st time there was glass still in the back, plastic on the inside bulging out. My door was put on incorrectly with a huge gap. I came back to have it fixed and it still had a gap. I just don’t understand why my car was given back to me subpar and just in general unprofessional. Why would you give me my car back with my door on correctly, twice! To top it all off, my car reeked of cigarette smoke and I had asthma. That’s a huge problem! Everytime I’ve come in, the people are just joking around on their phones, the front desk girl was irritated at me because I told her my deductible was $250 not $500, she got an attitude but corrected herself when she found out I was right. My insurance is paying you guys for my repairs. I don’t understand from a personal perspective if they were in my shoes, would they want their car returned in that condition? I highly doubt it. I am very dissatisfied with this place.
