The entire experience was beyond expectations. Entire staff was outstanding, but DJ, who managed my repair, realized that I needed to get to Jacksonville, Florida for a medical procedure. He was truly exceptional. He obtained necessary parts ahead of schedule, arranged for a wheel inspection and repair and personally made sure that my car was ready for my trip for the surgery. I cannot say enough about his efforts on my behalf. I wrote an earlier review about his caring efforts.

My car has more issues with my calibration my car doesn’t recognize my key & wont start unless I touch sensor in my car that now I have to take it to Audi to have it fixed properly

I had issue with when I had to take my car back I had to pay for a Uber home after the reason I was going to be without my car was due to the fact that I had to bring my car back in the first place not alone the second issue is when I came back to get my car I was offered a ride to get my car & when I got my car & stated that the car issues with my car still wasn’t resolved I was told it should’ve been resolved & wasn’t offered any help or concerns about making sure I was satisfied

I was informed via text that when my vehicle was ready for pick up that I would be charged a 3.5% fee for using a debit or credit card. I understand that businesses are charged for accepting debit or credit cards, but your rate is extremely high.

My front door was not aligned after removing for painting and repair. I understand from the service representative that when the door was removed it was a used door. Nevertheless, the door was aligned properly prior to it being removed.
