I am so impressed with the service I received from Dekalb Collision. Not only does my car look like new, but the entire experience went way beyond expectations. I was kept informed of the status of my car on a timely basis, and the repair was performed in a very reasonable amount of time. More than that, though, from the second I stepped onto the premises, every last employee I interacted with was SO friendly and professional. This is uncommon these days, and it just made the entire process such a nice one. You have some outstanding employees! DJ was the person who kept me updated, and he was so kind. He actually recognized my voice when I called! The front desk lady was super efficient and also exceptionally nice, as was the lady who assessed my car's damage. I will recommend your business HIGHLY to anyone needing collision repair anywhere in the city--it would be worth the drive!
