Why do I need a certified check? It means that I have to pay an additional fee and - remember, my transportation was in your shop -so I have to pay to get to a bank as well! And all costs me time and more than the 3.5%

I am big on communication and my technician (Darrell) called and informed me of the process as well as the total amount of the damage and what part/parts he was waiting in order for the job to be completed. I also enjoyed the text option I received on my phone from reminding me about my appointment as well as the total amount of the damage. And my repair was so nice. It did not even look like my vehicle was ever damaged. Great job!!
