Sadly I have had 6 accidents with none of them being my fault. Dekalb Collision has done excellent work on my car. It always comes back looking like new and they always match the paint perfectly. Didn’t like that I was told it’s ok to bring my car back if the rear bumper messed up due to not being completely reattached. But staff was very friendly and would use them again.

I am still waiting to be contacted regarding my repair. The parts should have already been ordered. I do not appreciate being misled. It was extremely inappropriate for DJ to tell me that the insurance claim had been denied, only to later admit that it was never submitted.
