The paint job repair is not great with dried paint drips, my vehicle has scratches that were not apart of the original damage that they were unable to repair. I had to point out twice scratches and areas that needed to be buffed out with scratches. The guy told me it just needed some elbow grease and we stood there for a while until he finally agreed the person in charge of painting needed to do something additional to remove the scratches and scuffs.

I received my car back with scratches that were not part of the original damage. Attempts were made to rectify it but they were unable to fully repair it and the scratches are still visible. The paint job is also terrible and there are dried drip marks on the door from where it needed to be painted. Not once but twice I had to point out scratches and marks that they needed to buffed out that were not there when I dropped it off initially. Very sloppy work and zero attention to detail.

Front desk was not very personable. She always seemed annoyed when I had to call or wait inside while they worked on my car. My contact for my vehicle was pleasant but I had to call him for every update otherwise I heard nothing. I did get a link that said updates would be visible there but outside of the initial “we started your vehicle” I never received any other updates that I didn’t have to call or reach out about.

From the moment we met DJ until we picked up our vehicle the experiences beat all expectations. My vehicle was restored quickly and the detail and care was amazing. They took care of us like they were taking care of themselves. Very informative, thorough, professional, and kind. I feel they went above & beyond. In situations like this it means a lot. The area of the accident was completely fixed and it looked great. However, there was some damage to the rear camera lens. It was not present on the accident as I have been driving for two months with no problems but on picking up the car, I noticed the issue as I got home and was trying to park my car in reverse.

When I first tried to get my car fixed, it was difficult to get someone on the phone. The initial person I reached said I did not need an appointment and could bring it in anytime. However when I went to confirm this a week later I was told I needed a time and given the holiday season had to wait another month.
