Amazingly good service. The appraiser was prompt, shared the details of her findings, and was personable as were the persons at the desk. I can’t imagine a better repair and it was done quickly. The final cost was less the estimate, an indication of the integrity of the team. We will freely share our experience with friends who need similar repairs.

Haven’t had time to check the car in detail, but the service was above expectations! The overall visual appearance looks great! Cannot wait to check it out more in depth. The process of dropping off my vehicle, having the rental delivered, the consistent, professional communication and then final step of pick up and leaving the rental with Harley/Dekalb Collision was so efficient, and smooth, but also a friendly experience! I’ll recommend to everyone I know that needs body work! I’m also really surprised how great working with State Farm has been.

When I received my vehicle the battery was dead and the car wouldn't start and the lain of where the car was parked prevented me from observing the damaged caused to the bottom trim of my bumper. So I picked up a car that was repaired but sustained more damage while in your care. So I've had to replace a 1.5 year old battery, now deal with front trim damage due to parking it to close to the curb and the paint job on the trunk lid is showing areas of abrasions.
