The work and repair was fine. A supposedly complimenterary loaner car was actually a $100 rental fee. Worse was my steering wheel, it reeks of cigarette smoke upon touching it. After starting to drive home i realised it when my hands were 'sticky' and smelled like i was washing a pile of dirty ashtrays.

Did a good job. Would recommend them for body work in the future. That said, I never needed body work before, so I don't have many body shops to compare them to.

The repair looks great. They overestimated the time needed significantly, which sounds good -- until you consider the car rental. I paid for several more days than were needed. Still, it's a minor complaint, which is why I rated them an 8. No issues noted after repair.

My car was at the collision center for a week, I was told it was fixed. When I picked it up it was not fixed. The bumper is not straight on the side of the car that was originally damaged, leading me to believe that the repairs were not completed.
