The work was great, the staff was great but it a month for the truck to be done was not acceptable. I went in 3 weeks prior to my scheduled appointment on 2/12 to have them look at the truck and get info. So the majority of the parts could have been pre-ordered and onsite when the truck arrived on 2/12.

They did a good repair job in the end. 4 months and extra trips to pick up when the car was not ready are the only complaints we have.

It took 4 months to repair. Plus another week, because the paint was buffed to the metal. This is just a few of the issues that were beyond inconvenient for the 4 months of repair.

The repair personnel called every week with updates. They were kind. They also were apologetic when the vehicles not ready to be returned. It is a 45 minute drive one way to the repair shop.

Repairs took 4 weeks estimate was way under actual repair cost issues with vehicle after pick up one wheel feel like about to fall off vehicle performance is down and the paint job is absolute trash there's light dark tigerstripe all over the hood throughout the metallic and orange peel where they blended the door 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place to anyone
