They told me that the worst case scenario would be a two week wait for repairs. It was FIVE weeks before I got my car back. Never going back here for repairs. They rarely even called me to give updates on delays, I had to go in myself to ask for updates.

My car has never looked so good. It is so clean and well maintained! I’m thankful that I was able to take my car there. Yes it may have taken alittle longer than intended but they made sure my car was the best it could be. I recommend their services! Thank you for taking care of my car and making her look so good!

The front headlight is foggy, moisture in inside it. This was not like this before we dropped car off for repairs, not sure if car was power washed and water got into headlamp then, but it is brand new car and shouldn't have this

Some of the communication issues were they typed my email in wrong but I got the run around and told my vehicle wasn't there by an employee who answered the phone..making me have a panic attack as this was my company car with all the parts And I called back again a gentleman that said he was the manager answered and told me that the car was there. The person that told me it wasn't there. Never gave me their name which the manager asked me for but I could not give to him because it was never supplied. Lady at the front desk is amazing, and does a really great job.

My vehicle took way longer than expected, which put me in a bind because I had to pay for longer days with a rental. I was kept told my car is ready this day then something else would come up, very frustrating. When I got my vehicle back repairs seemed to be normal but on my dash I still get a notification about the repair and do not know how to turn it off.

Great communication. Quick repairs. My daughter had the car at school and I was 4 hours away. They communicated great with me, made the process easy when my daughter went to pick up the car. Very pleased with the whole operation.
