The quality of the repair so far is great. They even cleaned the interior of the car for me. I was particularly impressed with Theresa. She was very knowledgeable about the process and her customer service is amazing. Thank you for a job well done

All of the employees there were polite and helpful. But again, I was so impressed with Theresa. She was extremely knowledgeable about the business. She followed up with me to let me know each stage of the repair process. I was a police dispatcher for 36 years so I know about dealing with people. As I observed her dealing with other customers while waiting for my car, I was very impressed with her knowledge, politeness, and efficiency. You are lucky to have such an employee

Work looked done well but lacked supervision. HAC caps were not replaced. Radiator reservoir not filled. Engine and hood not cleaned of spills. Bumper not set. This brings doubt of the unseen part of the work. Though I feel the Work was good hence a 6.
