Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had a rear-end insurance claim on my work truck that needed to be fixed while I was home for Christmas and New Year’s, along with self-pay damage to the passenger-side kick panel. Chelsea quickly coordinated with the other party’s adjuster and had my estimate written up and sent to me within two days. I asked if both repairs could be completed at the same time, and while she couldn’t guarantee it, she assured me they’d do their best—and they delivered! Chelsea kept me updated throughout the process, ensuring I was always in the loop. Not only were the repairs completed perfectly and on time, but she also went above and beyond. My truck was muddy inside and out when I dropped it off, and I expected to have to get it professionally detailed afterward. To my surprise, Chelsea made sure the truck was fully detailed—both inside and out—before I picked it up. I was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail.
