I can’t say enough about how incredible Chelsea was as my service advisor at DeMontrond Dodge. From start to finish she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was extremely communicative, keeping me updated constantly about the status of my repairs so I never felt in the dark. What really stood out was how hard she worked to track down the specific tire I needed. Even after running into multiple “out of stock” roadblocks with other shops, she didn’t give up—she kept searching until she found the exact one. On top of that, she also helped source another part I needed and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely dedicated to customer service the way Chelsea is. Her effort and determination truly made the difference, and I left knowing I was in the best hands. DeMontrond Dodge is lucky to have her on their team, and I hope her bosses recognize the kind of outstanding employee she is!
