I am happy with the repairs. However I was told that I would receive a call once the total damage was known. No call received. Received a call saying my truck was being painted and it would be ready soon. Stated to the person no one has called me. She apologized and said someone would call me back shortly. No call received. Then got call saying truck was ready to be picked up. Went to shop and make asked my name and handed me a paperwork on work done. He didn't even attempt to explain the work performed.

My car was very dirty on the inside, I had to have somebody come in and wipe it out. And the fender is out of adjustment and not a very good paint job on the front bumper

My truck was ready almost a week early. Nick kept me informed via text, which works best for me. I would rate this as one of my better experiences with a dealership. I have already begun to recommend your shop to my friends and when it comes time for my truck to be repaired, I will definitely consider bringing it to your service department.

The quality of the work was outstanding it's just I was told that I would be having a whole new bumper placed on my truck and it was only pieces of New pieces of the bumper placed on the old bumper and the paper says new bumper so I was not happy about that that was the only thing the body work the way it the truck looks excellent other than half of the bumper looks new the other is old thanks
