Actually the process exceeded my expectations. Willie was very quick to get my car evaluated and Kelseigh quickly prepared the rental car. And the rental car was a nice, clean SUV comparable to my own. The repairs were completed ina timely manner and look fine. Nice added touch with text messages keeping me informed of the progress which saved me telephone calls. Only waiting for the refund of $50 deposit in gas. So an outstanding overall experience!
