Dent Busters has provided expert, innovative and environmentally conscious auto body repair to the Tucson community for over 36 years. Dent Busters was the first company in Tucson to offer Paintless Dent Repair, introducing the new process to Southern Arizona. In 2006, they expanded to include minor body & paint and collision services. Now a full-service body shop, Dent Busters maintains their ethics of outstanding service. Our team is fully committed to providing quality repairs and positive experiences to our customers. Took my challenger in to have wiring harness replaced, needed to take off front bumper. Also wanted lower.lip replaced. Found out one I had did not forget. They found me a new one and went back next day and they had my car all done by 11A M. WOULD DEFINATLY GO BACK. THESE CARS ARE GREAT!! THX

The service at Dent Busters was efficient and professional. The people were easy to work with, and made the experience less stressful. The car was ready earlier than expected, and looked very good when finished. I am glad I took my car there.

Dent Busters gave me an initial estimate on the cost and duration of the repair process, and it turned out to be very accurate, which makes planning very helpful. I think others would find that important when looking for a good shop to take a vehicle for repairs.

The customer service experience was excellent. The staff was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and demonstrated transparency regarding the work being performed. I truly appreciated their efforts to keep me informed and their willingness to address my concerns. The issue, however, was with the quality of the repair itself. I was informed that the technician was unable to fully repair the dent on the front hood of my vehicle, despite making multiple attempts. While I appreciate the effort, the repair ultimately did not resolve the issue. The estimated labor time was approximately three hours, but the work took from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. To their credit, the shop reduced the cost from the original estimate of $450 to $250 because they were not satisfied with the final result. Unfortunately, after the repair attempt, the condition of the hood appeared worse than when I initially brought the vehicle in. What began as one dent ended up with two visible imperfections, and I am unsure how the second one occurred. I later took the vehicle to a Tesla Collision Center in Phoenix for an evaluation. Their assessment was that the repair attempts had further complicated the damage and that the dent should have been repairable by a technician with sufficient experience working on Tesla vehicles. In hindsight, I wish the repair efforts had been stopped after the initial unsuccessful attempt to avoid additional damage. I want to emphasize that the customer service was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. My disappointment is solely with the repair outcome. I believe it would have been beneficial if the shop had been more upfront about its level of experience with Tesla vehicles before proceeding with the work.
