Dent Busters was the first company in Tucson to offer Paintless Dent Repair, introducing the new process to Southern Arizona. In 2006, they expanded to include minor body & paint and collision services. Now a full-service body shop, Dent Busters maintains their ethics of outstanding service. Our team is fully committed to providing quality repairs and positive experiences to our customers. I had to call to find out my car was ready and I think a completion update would’ve been nice. I also forgot to submit my deposit over email so a reminder call a day or two before my appt would’ve been helpful so things didn’t have to get held up on waiting for my panel. Can’t be too upset about that because it was my fault. Nonetheless the panel came in quickly and the work was done quicker than I expected to I’m still very pleased with how things went.

Service was exemplary. Justin is an amazing communicator. He kept me informed at each step letting me know what had been completed and what the next step would be. I was under a time restraint but Dent Busters were right on top of everything and I was able to pick my car up right on time (washed and looking good!). I can’t say enough positive things about how they treated me. I highly recommend Dent Busters to anyone needing car repairs, they are excellent!!!

I read the positive reviews satisfied customers left for Dent Busters. This is why I selected and informed the insurance company that I’d like to get a repair estimate from Dent Busters. Justin was very accommodating and professional when he assisted me with the estimate. The process was fast, the estimate was emailed to me while I was still at the shop. When the estimate was approved by the insurance company, Dent Busters called me right away to schedule my car, Justin even reminded me to call the car rental to make sure I’m all set when I drop my car for repair. Dent Busters said it will take about 3 days, they called me to let me know the status of the repair and when I can expect my car fixed and ready. It was ready in 2 days as promised and my car didn’t look like it was damaged, they did an excellent job repairing it. I can’t even tell where was the damage. I also noticed my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I wasn’t expecting them to clean my car but I really appreciated the added service. I’m so grateful for Justin and Dent Busters team. I’m very satisfied with the service provided to me. Thank you!!!

Justin was super easy to work with. He provided the repair estimate as soon as he was done checking the damage. He called to schedule my car as soon as the insurance company approved the estimate and gave me updates. He made sure I know what’s going on with the car and he really explained everything I should expect with the repair process.
