I received my vehicle back after a family member picked it up for me. I would say that the job looks great however. My gas door is stuck and I’m not sure why. I’m having difficulty getting my car refueled. It seems that either the lid is broken or the mechanism that actuates the door might have been Damaged. Please help.

I need someone to call me asap to get this fixed immediately. Progressive paid u to fix my car from a rear impact . U guys didn’t finish the repairs and didn’t connect my safety lights

You guys gave me my car back with a status of complete , however you guys failed to tell me at pick up the things u didn’t fix from the accident and the most important part, the lights aren’t connected. I Can get a fat ticket for not having my lights connected in the back ! Honestly I’m very upset of the unfinished work

Everything seems perfect except theres a buzzing whenever im in the 3-4k rpm range, i assume in all gears but only been able to get the car up that fast in 1-4th gear to test. I assume it has something to do with the dented exhaust or hole in the bell housing of the transmission, so i assume itll be fixed at the next appointment

Scheduled a pickup for Saturday, and had to grab an employee who was leaving for a personal emergency to contact a manager so I could pick up my unfinished repair, not that it was mentioned over the phone that the repair wasn’t actually done
