The DD used some kind of compound that is eating away at the enamel on my radio. It was nice of them to clean the car, this is damaging the vehicle and lowering its value. I have cleaned the windshield several times and have not been able to get the compound off of the glass. The Insurance company has not done a thing to intervene. The car interior stank of some chemical when I picked it up. The streaks on the windshield show that whoever was assigned to clean the vehicle had no idea what they are doing.

They could not find the file for the vehicle when I dropped it off and had to make a new one. My wife went to claim the vehicle and had to fight with the customer service guy about the insurance company paying. They are great on the phone.

The door does not open from the inside. I plan to call to see if it can be fixed. I do appreciate the extra early service though. It does look like it's brand new again on that side.

Gary was great. My only complaint was uncertainty around how long the work would take. During the initial estimate he said few days. When I dropped it off he said maybe 2 weeks. In reality it took 2 days. It made planning my transportation challenging.

Dent doctor as being in the business Should have an eye for detail and the way that my car was 1st returned to me was horrible and I cannot believe that it was presented as the finished product. You just want the job done right the 1st time not having. to keep Coming. back and being delayed.

Twice I had to reject my car because of poor quality. Paint runs, over spray, paint on trim, door handle not right, door not flush, dents in door. When I came back to get my car issues were not repaired. Not sure what was done while my car was in extended repair. When I picked My vehicle a few days ago it was a heavy rain I could not see the vehicle well. The next day when the rain Cleared I could see that the issues were still there. The door handle is still not fixed. There's paint on the moldings that was not cleaned. The dents in the door were not repaired.. I can be in 1st thing on Monday as I have been extremely busy with my son's graduation this week with family So that it could be resolved and fixed properly. Thank you

Extra unopened part left in the back seat. Burned out break light bulb needed replacement. All other repairs seem very good.
