I took my car in for a bumper repair. When I made the appt on 12/19/22 I was told it would be $873. The parts we pre ordered and I was scheduled for the fix on 3/6. I was told it would be in the shop 1 day. When I took it in on 3/6 I was told it would be over $1200. I balked at the increase and it was reduced to $1025. My car ended up in the shop for a week. The preordered part was the wrong one. When I picked up my car on 3/10 there was still a part missing. I still don’t have the part. I called twice and was told I would be contacted when it arrived. Is April 10 and I’m still waiting.

It was impossible ever getting a call back and I wasn’t informed of my parts arriving until I called myself once a week to try to get an answer. I made a 9AM appointment and was promised a quick in and out but when I arrived, no technicians were there. Penny was friendly and convinced some people to come in, but they weren’t there until after 10. I’ve never had a business be so unresponsive and inconsiderate, almost like you didn’t want customers. Are you still wanting to stay in business? It seems like you aren’t.

They put two c cracks in the repairs and will not call me back to repair them. I get all kinds of excuses on why I don’t get a call back. It is really bad service. They had my truck three different times for 23 weeks at a time till eight fix the crack, and then they put two large cracks in my truck, and refused to fix on. I am still waiting on a call back from the owner of the company and he refuses to call me back.

Tooo over a month to get my car fixed & when I went to pick up my car they couldn’t find my check so I can take my car out the shop leading me to miss another day of work because of they miscommunication , now my back light led lights do not work including my back camera so I have to take it in again to get that fixed and I will not be paying for that because I didn’t damage my camera it was working perfectly fine before I brought my car to them I asked to speak with a supervisor and still haven’t been in contact with a supervisor this place is totally unprofessional

The Dent Doctor had my truck for about six weeks, which is considerably less time than all the other shops quoted me. The work was meticulous and flawless and I’m very happy with the end result. It looks like a brand new truck again. Thank you Alfred

Seems like someone dropped the ball here. From estimate to repair starting was months! I would call asking what was going on and they would say they'd call back and never did. This happened several times.
