The drivers side lower fog light molding was not put in. It’s just a light with no molding around it. Very noticeable when compared to the other side.

Just one issue—the mud flap was put on with only one bolt, the other side had 2, and it was ripped off by the tire and lost. Other than that, the repair job looks great. Thank you!

Fixed the dent in my door, yes. Took 3 weeks. No updates and I had to call for any communication whatsoever. Didn’t put the door back together properly so it wouldn’t open from the inside handle. Left random little inserts in my trunk instead of putting them back into the correct paneling spots. Not a professional environment and the front desk woman did not call back when she stated she would.

I am giving a 5 because insurance changed the started the method of repair with out notifying the owner of the vehicle. The clear coat had scratches in it under the bed cap. There was a pin hole in the new paint.
