Another inconvenience was the custom stripe didn’t get finished. Dent doctor sent me to graphics unlimited to get this part. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received an update from neither party.

So kind, helpful, honest, and communicative. I don’t know much about cars but I felt like I could trust the people at dent doctor to take care of me and my car. Cannot rave enough about the staff I interacted with.

Not happy. There were several things that were not there fault but also, had they gone the extra mile wouldn't have happened. 1.) Zero follow-up, ever, on anything. I was constantly having to call them to get updates even when I was promised a call back. 2.) Lack of organization - whos car is this? Which tech is it assigned to? It's done, nope wrong car just kidding. And THEN called to ask me where the check is? I handed it to Penny. Dates, times, excuses.... the list goes on and on. 3.) I was told everything was done and more and the front headlight isn't fixed. And I WILL NOT be calling to get it fixed because it would not be worth it.

There was a very small flaw in the paint on my bumper. However, Dent Doctor assured me it would be fixed should it ever bubble or peel! 😁

There were some hiccups. My insurance company was told that the car was not there about 2 months into the repair. Then Progressive told Enterprise they wouldn't auth any further rental car costs. You fixed it but not before I freaked out and came down there. You also tried to charge me the $1000 deductible when picking up the vehicle.
