It took a while to get parts but when received they did everything in a week w a few additional repairs they found undercarriage.. so repairs were done well to our Cadillac and it looks great. Thanks John and staff.

Sorry but the communication issues, offering to let me drive the vehicle when my adjuster said it wasnt done, and blaming me for paperwork they didn't provide is enough for me to not recommend Dent Doctor.

Customer service was poor. For several reasons. -Three times I was told someone called me and they never did. -I was blamed for not signing a form that was never presented to me. -I was told the car could be picked up, however it wasn't done when I arrived AND they told me I could take it when my insurance adjuster said it wasn't ok to drive. -I was told I HAD to come in and pick it up Wednesday afternoon when I had to make up for hours lost from leaving early the previous week
