I would definitely recomment Dent Doctor to a friend or colleague, and I would specifiy to them to ask for Keyanna, knowing from two experiences already that she will be very clear, thorough and comprehensive in her dealings with my friend or colleague, and guide them to the best outcome both for their situation and their vehicle's situation

I've been to Dent Doctor twice now. The fact that I came by the 2nd time was because the first time they did a very professional and very thorough job. Keyanna Jensen was the key mediator in all this the first time. So many months later when we had another repair job, because of Keyanna and both her courtesy but also her professionalism the first time, we automatically came back the second time. We were very happy with the results the second time as well. Keyanna again was very very thorough and clear, and also gave options which really helped us to decide which way we could go. The results were very pleasing - we were very satisfied!

The customer service was the best part. Keyanna is very thorough and clear. We are old and retired, and it was difficult to come back twice, cost wise, but Keyanna the first time and the second time walked us through the options, brokered with our insurance, and altogether made our experience most rewarding and satisfying.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keanu was always on top of updates and kept me well informed during the entire process. We had our Tesla driver side bumper fixed. The car came back great and was even washed and cleaned!

By not ordering new parts for damaged cars (unlike most body shops), Dent Doctor saves the customer a great deal of money. They actually repair the damaged part, not replace it unless absolutely necessary. My Tesla’s hood and front bumper are like new, due to Dent Doctor’s skillful repair.

Dent Doctor saved me a lot of money, since they actually repaired the damage to my bumper and hood, in contrast to most body shops who simply would order a new hood and bumper, which is much more expensive. Guess who I trust to do my car body repairs?
