I felt so valued along with my time! My car was repaired "good as new" along with a complete sensor analysis required because of my car's Driver Assistance feature which has radar sensors all the way around it. With a trip planned the following week, I was relieved of any issues or return trips because the people at Dent Doctor did everything right the first time before I left. We were very disappointed in the paint repair color did not match at all and no effort was made to blend the paint a line was drawn on the scratch and that was it

I'm a long time customer of Dent Doctor and would normally give a "10" rating, but this visit had a glitch. I was given an appointment time of 8:00 AM on Monday, 31 May. This appointment was confirmed. We were at your business promptly at 8:00 on Monday, but the doors were locked. The staff had taken the day off for Memorial Day without notifying us that you would be closed.Fortunately, one of your employees had shown up for work and was able to get the car into the service area. Other than getting the car back a day later than anticipated, the repair work was excellent, and all employees were professional and competent. Overall, great work, but poor communications.
