The whole experience was wonderful! My car looks like there was never even a scratch on it. You guys were done super fast too. Lindsay called me less than 24 hours after I filed my claim to bring my car in and you had done in less than a week. Seriously you all the best.

I’d say work was very good. Repairs took a very long time but that seemed to be out of their control because of broken parts being delivered. The problem I really have is my car smelling like cigarettes. It’s like they smoked in the car for weeks, but the whole place smells like that so if you leave your car with them expect it to smell like an old ashtray.

The repair is great. But my car now smells like an ashtray. I don’t smoke and after leaving my car with Dent Doctor for almost a month, I cannot get the smell of cigarettes out of my car. I have left my windows open and the car in the garage for over 2 weeks and it still smells.
