The initial communication with the woman handling my claim was great. She also closed the invoice and helped me get my rental completed. I had a phone call from a man about 3 days after I dropped my car who stated that the parts for my car wouldn’t even get to the shop until a week later. I was extremely surprised to find that same day, a week later, the car was finished

I am more than just c.ontent. I have always gotten the best service ever, for my car. Always ready on time, and when I come to pick my car up, my car looks like brand new, and the cost very reasonable. I am very impressed with Dent Doctor. My experience couldn’t bee better. I appreciate that they were the only available body shop in the reno/Sparks area that is willing to work on Teslas.

The staff were friendly ad helpful and the work got done but my insurance company adjuster informed me that you did not replace the panel with a new panel as requested and paid for by State farm insurance but merely repaired the old one. If that is true, I am very disappointed. The adjuster said that the repaired panel would be much inferior and might give me problems.

Took over 2 months(with all the associated rental fees) to get my car fixed. Terrible communication. I was told 3 times when my car would be finished and each time I showed up was told another 2 weeks! I was always informed on the Friday at 4pm if there was a communication problem with the insurance instead of monday when i can actually do somethin about it.Very very bad communication. Reccomend new front desk person. I agree my insurance sucked but you guys did very little to help. I will not be returning for repeat business.
