They aren’t a very communicative repair shop. Not coworkers to coworkers, but also not shop to customer. I had to practically beg them for information leading up the the repair. I told them repeatedly that I did not have rental on my policy and that I wouldn’t not have a car when I gave them mine for repair. They still insisted I drop it off early as possible, when they hadn’t even had the door to replace in the first place. I had to then go get my car and the repair happens almost 2 months later. When they get annoyed they talk in belittling tones like I don’t understand there is a car part shortage. I understood from the start of the process, they never said it was going to be an issue. What they also love to do at this shop is tell you they are going to call you back when they find an answer to a question you have, because again no one knows anything, they don’t share information, they never call you. This was the worst body shop I have ever been to. 0/10 but you won’t let me do that.

Did not like being told there was nothing wrong with the rear sensors. They said that the codes came back fine. All they had to do was put the car in reverse to hear it malfunctioning. It is useless as a guide.
