I had a great experience, from the beginning to the end. Mike was there, to answer my questions and my calls all throughout the process. While I hope my wife and I will have no further needs for a body shop, if we do need one, we will be back!

At first we were told much smaller estimate then we’ve got finally. Yes, it was approximately, yes it but not over twice as much, even if it went through the insurance. We were told to have the car fixed in about 7-8 business days, even after discussion about parts availability, but received it in 14 business days. At the time they release our car from the shop we were told we need to return for another small fix since they said did not receive the part in time.

Being a victim of a hit and run my insurance company fell short of helping me with this situation. Everyone at Dent Fixx was just amazing and took care of everything from setting up a rental to processing the claim through the person who hit me insurance. I picked up my car today and it looks like brand new. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them for their professionalism but most of all for their personal care during a very stressful time! I picked up the car today and now having driven it home, I'm happy to say that the ride was fine; there was no evidence of the car having been hit and damaged. The car looks fantastic on the outside and the inside too. You did a really great job. This is not my first experience w Dent Fixx, having had my dented bumper fixed a couple of years ago. That went very well - which is why there was no question as to whom i would call when my car was hit on 5/28/21. I’m very glad that i called Dent Fixx. The kindness, courtesy, and efficiency shown to me by Mike and his staff from the moment I called right after my accident (I wasn’t injured but very shaken up) until the day I picked up my car was absolutely outstanding. I am truly grateful for and impressed by the way in which I was treated. Being in an accident and then dealing with everything that follows can be a very stressful experience. Mike and his staff did everything they could from start to finish to lessen my concerns and help me through the whole process. They are the best!
