Upon receiving the original quote, I was not aware it would only be pulled out to an “8 out of 10,” not “10 out of 10.” The cost to repair was 20% higher than the highest estimate on the quote and I figured it would be fixed 100% and correctly due to the overage. In addition there is a plastic bed rail that is now broken due to the repair. In all likely hood, it will need to be repaired at my expense. I understand “time is money,” but when you get a quote for a job, you expect it to be completed to the fullest. For this reason I am not satisfied at this point in time.

Excellent job! Did all u could to fight for me against my very powerful insurance company! The level of excellence was so awesome that my grandkids were asking me whether I got a new car.
