I was expecting a bit more communication providing status. Repair work is fine. Was not expecting the 3 day estimated repair to turn into 7 days but I understand why that happened.

The work was clean and the car looks new. The only issue was the lack of updates. The car wise text link was useless. It did not give progress updates so calls were necessary.

About 5 months of constant pain I suffered from Dent Master specifically by Emily the estimator. I believe she eventually quit and the manager stepped in and helped after many calls I made. I still suffered from a lot of consequences from the unreasonable and excessive delay to just total my vehicle. Charges on my personal credit card by the rental company due to the holding of my car, Insurance not answering my calls, and eventually being charged for hail damage by the rental company, a lot of time from work to make 100s of calls to the insurance, dent master, and rental place. This all could have been avoided if Dent Master just sent the final estimate to the insurance company which should not have taken longer than a week, instead took about 5 months! Crazy!

Worse repair shop ever been to. Was lied to the wold time they had my vehicle.did a terrible job overspray everywhere along with a big run down the box panel. They told me they would not stand behind warranty if I wanted it fixed right fix it myself. Emily the manager and Emily the estimator continued lying the time they had my vehicle and never called me one time with updates the time they had my vehicle. Was told several times when I did call that it would be done with a date and never happened. Called insurance company and they told me they do not use this body shop anymore do to the complaints. That I could take it to body shop of my choice to get repaired right. Stay away from this place nothing but bad news poor work
