Great communication and fast service, but car was returned with spare tire in the back seat and spare tire chair dragging the ground. Also a bunch of plastic panels from my vehicle were thrown in the back and I have no idea where they go or how to put them back on

Well, I had some bumps, but it's wasn't terrible. I just want to express that some people are extremely busy and would be super helpful to call if you can't make the deadline in the morning. The second one was I was shocked when the first thing I mentioned was it's going to need an alignment when I walked into the building after my inspection of initial drop-off and when I arrived with put the call of completion when it was not completed and my car went to the alignment place would have also been super helpful to call the alignment place and asked when my car would be completed or even starednwith them. So, I know everyone gets super busy. It would just be helpful to maybe write notes down for customers when needing a call. But other than that, my car looks great. Anthony was super helpful and professional even though I was upset. But it was nothing I got over it quickly. It's just the moment that's upsetting. The dent master even delivered my car super quick like 3 weeks was super quick to me. Thanks for all the hard work. And making my repairs

My car repairs at this shop looks amazing had some hiccups thru the return process but shouldn't reflect the repairs at all. But when I had my car delivered, I didn't notice that my windshield was cracked bc it was on the passenger side. Once I had a passenger in my car, they noticed the crack, which then grew larger.. The smalles chip created the crack, and I'm assuming due to the hood being installed. I would recommend this company again. Just asking g to be more careful when installing g things. Since when we review the car damages and repairs, I disnt look at the windshield bc that wasn't a part of the damages; this is why it was noticed a day later!

Anthony did great missed calling me once for a delay when I was told and asked what time I would pick up car, and when I arrived to pick up car it was sent out for an alignment and then that shop delayed even further which extended my date of return

Dent masters was a recommendation. It was a little stressful at first due to the extra time and cost of the rental. Rick was very kind and professional, Rick followed up to communicate on the status of the repair.
