Communication between Dent Master Collision was very lacking. I, the customer, had to call in and check on the status of the vehicle. The provided email with “progress status” was invalid and never updated. The time frame for completion of repair was misrepresented twice. After having to wait an extra hour the next day, the blinker sensor was not configured correctly and we had to return back to Dent Master Collision for them to assess the issue. Overall, we were very unsatisfied with the customer service and lack of communication, as well as the inconsistent information provided to us during a progress update.
