Once the work started they did an excellent job. There was a lack of communication with updates. I had to call in order to get updates. This caused my rental service to go over. The delay was covered by Dent Masters which we were thankful for. The work was outstanding and would recommend your service to others.

My wheel wasn't secured to the vehicle. The lug nuts were only hand tightened.. the body work looked good, but very disappointed that I almost lost a wheel on the road on the drive home. The car was violently shaking and now I have to get another inspection done to make sure there isn't any damage done to the studs/wheel/rotor/etc.

Everything was great, Randy was awesome to work with. The only thing I'd improve would be the estimate initially provided by the text I received. It put it a whole week further out than it actually took, and as a result I wasn't in town to pick the car up when it was finished. Pretty minor, but worth mentioning

The Dent Master guys were great and timely but their vendor that they used to do the repairs on my steering column were terrible. Super inconsistent and didn't get in to fix my vehicle until several weeks after they said they would.
