The appraisal process was straightforward, and the front counter staff made everything easy from start to finish. Mason and Lisa were exceptional—they kept me informed throughout the repair, answered all of my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. The quality of the work on my Tesla was top-notch. The repairs were flawless, and it was obvious that great care was taken with my vehicle before, during, and after the repair. When I picked it up, it was spotless inside and out, which was a wonderful finishing touch.
