From start to finish everyone at Dependable Auto were incredibly helpful. They explained step by step what was happening with my car, I received updates by text. Due to upcoming severe storm warning they were able to complete the work early so I could have my car. When I picked up my car they explained everything they did on my claim/receipt. From a 1-10 they receive a 10!!

Everyone in the office was very helpful. I was greeted when I came in each time, someone explained my damages and answered my questions. Staff was friendly on the phone. With impeding winter storm I was able to get my car repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. Someone explained in detailed all the work that was done to my car when I paid my bill and picked it up. I would recommend Dependable Auto to other customers.

The team & customer service is top tier, they’re always very communicative and transparent during the repair process.
