I dealt with Alejandra and Marcelo. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the process every step of the way which made the whole experience seamless. My car was ready on time. The repair was not only done beautifully but the entire vehicle looked like new right down to the interior. I was amazed. I especially liked the friendliness of staff at front desk and Marcelo Castillo. He constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my car. That gave me peace of mind. The job was completed on time as promised with top quality workmanship. My son and I have had other work done there before as Deshler. They still maintain their high quality reputation.
