Loved the personal touch. Interacted with four different employees, all of whom were very accommodating and professional. Overheard customer being served in Spanish. Great to know. Especially appreciated the interface with Enterprise and being able to also drop the rental at DG Auto upon return for finished car. In leaving and picking up my car was able to accomplish necessary transactions and arrive to work in an hour. The car looks great also.

Personnel were very professional and friendly, rental car arrangements were handled efficiently, and all of the requirements were handled both in dropping off and picking up my car plus obtaining and returning the rental in less than an hour on each end. Quite impressive.
