Great experiences with DG! Yes, more than one! With the recent incident, occurring just a couple of weeks ago, expressed to my insurance company there was no doubt about returning to DG. Freddy is knowledgeable, kind, and personable. Appreciated that Kim coordinated the car rental with my insurance company and kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. Took the car in after the radio antenna was torn off. This resulted in the roof panel bending up and preventing the installation of a new antenna. Very difficult space to get into and flatten the panel, but it looks like new! We have always used DG (even when it used to be a Maaco franchise with the same owners) due to the quality of workmanship and the owners making sure that we were satisfied. They always go the extra mile! Thank you David and Ylma!
