Customer service was really good and they finished within the agreed time. Only thing to improve is that I had to follow up to schedule and confirm if the car was ready.

You were adamant about me picking it up on Friday (04.02) after 11:00AM to ensure that the car was washed and cleaned prior to my arrival. I went to pick up the car and found that it was filthy with all of the replacement parts piled up in the back seat. There was even hardware (bolts and screws) on the passenger seat that my wife found when she sat on them. DGC made no effort to remedy the situation short of an insincere apology.
