I really had a great experience the first time I worked with Diamond, but this second time was a bit different. I feel like I wasn't given thorough communication throughout, and was told I'd be given calls back with updates when I wasn't. I understand delays happen, but I felt in the dark on and off during the repairs.

The actual work was absolutely excellent. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was. I didn't get any follow-up as far as what they were supposed to look and turn into the insurance. So there was parts that didn't get fixed, but I never knew if they got turned into the the insurance, or did the insurance deny it?

As always you guys do a fantastic job on my car, sadly this is the second time I needed your services. But as always you guys exceed my expectations I appreciate the personal touch you add and the fact that you keep me updated two or three times a week as of the progress. Misty was great called me every couple of days give me an update and I had another member of the staff I can't remember his name came out and took care of an issue after I pick my car up. I will definitely be referring you to all my friends and family.
