They had us leave our car and then stated they ordered the wrong part for the trunk lift gate. They said they repaired the bumper in the meantime but the bumper still has scratches and a big dent. Looks like only the sensor was repaired. I’m upset because we had to rent a car for a week during that time which cost us extra money since the vehicle we needed did not fall under the 50$/dy and we had to pay extra. I think k if they told us to cancel and just take our vehicle back then they could have done all repairs when the correct part arrived and just deal with the rental car then.
