Car was perfect. What I couldn’t understand was how I had 5 miles tacked onto my odometer when I picked up the car. I can understand they needed to move the car either in and out of the shop. But I don’t believe it was 5 miles worth of moving the car. So I either someone drove the car around or they excessively move the car in and out of the shop to the parking lot right out the shop door.

They kept me updated and although there was a delay of parts, they were able to get the parts in a short amount of time. The car looks good as new. Owner was pleasant and explained what was done. I would definitely recommend Diamond to friends and family.

The work done on my car was great! You couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. They did take quite a bit longer than the estimated time they gave me. Also, they gave me a rental car a couple days earlier than necessary which caused me to incur extra costs.

I got my Honda back licking fluid had it checked and the transmission line by the bumper got pinched when the bumper was put back on and it has not more fluid in the transmission and can’t drive the car now!
