I rate my satisfaction with the quality of the the repair because they did an incredible job and made my car look good as new. However, I would have rated it a 10 but my car handle still has scratches that need to be fixed and I was told I was going to get a phone call when the parts came in so that they can completely repair it but I still haven’t gotten the phone call and it’s been a week or two.

I was SO pleased with the service and care I received at Diamond Auto Body. All the people that I interacted with were highly professional. Getting into a car accident is stressful, and they made this process seamless. The trunk of my car had significant damage, and they made the car look brand new.I got my car cleaner and more organized than how I had left it. The detailing job was terrific, and I honestly did not expect it. My other cars have been serviced at different places, and they have never been detailed. Diamond Auto Body promised to get my car fixed before leaving for Indiana for grad school, and they had it fixed two weeks earlier than expected. 10/10 Highly Recommended.
