The day the accident occurred, the fine folks at Diamond were able to provide a reasonable estimate, a reliable ETA as to when the job would be completed. I was told that due to the nature of the accident, they would try to get my vehicle back to 100 percent, but most likely 90. Not only did I get my truck back a day early, but I couldn't even tell that my truck had been in an accident. As a matter of fact, because of the incredible detailing job done it looked like a brand new vehicle, fresh off the lot. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about these people. I would recommend them to anyone!

The quoting process was thorough and very prompt. Discussing the details of the quote was explained in great detail and generous with there time. The lead-time for starting the job was reasonable. The time expected for completion was met. The quality of the job was excellent. My car was delivered very clean inside and out. This shop is where I will go for future requirements.

I had a great experience with Diamond Auto Collision. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. They called me the same day I submitted my insurance claim and scheduled an appointment immediately. They even coordinated a rental car for me while my vehicle was being repaired, which made drop-off and pick-up easy. The turnaround time was quick, and they kept me in the loop the whole time with updates on my vehicle’s progress. Everything was smooth, convenient, and handled professionally. My car looks great, and I would definitely recommend them!
