I must say that I had heard a lot of horror stories about auto repairs, so I was a little fearful about getting my car repaired. However, that was not my experience with Diamond Automotive. My adjuster, Nelson, made the entire repair process a walk in the park. From day one, when he conducted my inspection, he was upfront about the damages, honest about the turnaround time, and very knowledgeable about the repair process. Most importantly, he never hesitated to pick up the phone and provide updates throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. To say I was happy after the repair is an understatement. I am 1000% satisfied with the work. My car is as good as new! If I ever need repairs in the future, I will definitely return — and I’ll definitely be asking for Nelson!

My experience was very with Diamond Automotive repair was very satisfactory. The staff was very professional and organized. I was kept updated as promised and the staff worked with me from the beginning of the process to the end. I would highly recommend Diamond Automotive because of their professionalism. Excellent service from beginning to end. Professional service ! The car looks great ! They explained everything in detail and updated me about the process and status !
