It's almost impossible for me to give a rating of 10 for anything.. a 10 means perfect on everything all the time.. they did really good on the major things.. but to get a 10, they've got to get the little things right too.. and that means putting the connectors to my 2 channel dash cam back the way they were when they got it. And that's why it's not a 10!

They did nice work.. They got the big things right.. however when the car was returned, they had disconnected my 2 channel dash cam and it wasn't reconnected.. it's not a big thing.. but it's the attention to the complete detail that matters...

When we're only available to drop our car off on the weekend, we were told at the front desk weekend services were by appointment only but was never told to us previously. The manager was able to help at a moments notice. Much appreciated to the manager.

The repair went well. I do question whether certain parts needed replacement considering may experience of what occured but since it was covered by AAA i didn't question it. I would definately be reluctant to pay of the repair if it were out of my pocket though.
