When I drop off my car, there is small chip on my windshield. It is totally repairable. When I pick up my car, the chip becomes a long crack across half of my windshield, and I need to replace my windshield. During the time, I asked my representative to repair it. I told my representative I can pay extra to repair the chip, but I was told insurance refused it, even I pay myself the repair cost. Now I need to replace the whole windshield, and It cost me another $1000+ to replace it. Very unhappy about this. Other than that, the repair on my collection is fine.
