A gardeners bag flew onto my car on the fwy. Two miles down my car began to make crazy noises and was essentially breaking down. The bag was stuck under the car. Kirk at Diamond collision waited for me to arrive even after a tow truck never came and I decided to drive to the shop myself. This was after they were closed. Kirk greeted me pulled out a jack got down on the floor and tried to remove the bag in the middle of the night. Upon realizing the bag was not going to come off Kirk took my car for repair. William handled my repair and kept me informed through the entire process. I would come here again if I ever need to and would absolutely recommend the shop to anyone. Jenny at front desk was super friendly too !

I recently had been involved in a multi-vehicle car accident and my friend had suggested Diamond Hills Collision Center. After making an appointment, my representative, William, helped me throughout the whole process. I had intentionally thought only my rear bumper needed to be replaced but he informed me of the damages of which I could not see. Once Diamond Hills started repairing my vehicle, William was on top of any updates, and was informative when explaining what needed to be done. I picked up my vehicle in about a week and it looks good as new. I highly recommend Diamond Hills to anyone who needs any work done to their vehicle. Thanks again William!
